We stand behind the quality of everything we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains how to return it.
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any original packaging, tags, and dust bags.
Email us at info@lathamcalexanderjr.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll respond with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If your item arrives damaged or has a defect in materials or workmanship, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

The fastest way to exchange an item for a different color or size is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. If you'd like help coordinating an exchange, just email us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns (change of mind, wrong choice). For defective or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping.
