Shipping Policy

At Latham Alexander Goods, we want your leather goods and writing instruments to reach you quickly and in perfect condition. This policy explains how we handle shipping.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required. There are no hidden handling fees, and all orders ship tax-free.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Because many of our leather pieces are inspected by hand before dispatch, we take care to ensure each item meets our standard before it leaves.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location within the U.S. Smaller items such as pens, wallets, and desk accessories generally move fastest; larger bags may take toward the upper end of that range.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package to your door. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or fails to arrive, email us at info@lathamcalexanderjr.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll always try to help recover a misdirected package where possible.
